Zoom didnt stop at the L8 or L12 and i am glad they didnt. L20 is bigger and better. Did someone call for more inputs? oh yeah, here take 20!! 18 pristine, sounds like butter preamps and two stereo 1/4 channels that can also serve as playback tracks from your computer. each channel has phantom power, can be recorded pre or post fader, and customized with EQ, compressor and effects.
how about monitor mixes? oh, no problem, take 6!! each musician can tailor their own custom mix as they like. and those settings can be saved in a scene to recall next time. you can also access these custom monitor mix on the ipad control app. yes pretty much anything can be controlled from the L20 control app on an ipad.
With everything from EQ, compressors to adaptable routing, and effects processor. Oh and discrete multitrack channel recording to an onboard SD card or to a computer OR if you are feeling freaky, to BOTH! Yep, BOTH!!.
The mixer can also serve as an audio interface for full on 22 channels of input to your daw (including master stereo) up to 24/96Khz
any more features and this thing becomes an alien space ship capable of galaxy domination.
All these features for a price under 1000. Try getting that with other brands who shall not be named and see how your wallet will vanish into thin air!
