The Shure SLXD14/98H is a significant upgrade from a typical Line-6 G50 style unit. This is a complete wireless instrument microphone system. It includes the Shure Beta 98H Miniature Instrument or Microphone, SLXD1 Wireless Transmitter, and SLXD4 Wireless Receiver. This system is great for capturing lifelike sound from brass and woodwind instruments in a live environment. Shure's cutting edge digital wireless technology delivers 24-bit audio resolution with an almost imperceptible 3.2ms of latency. Add in the working range of 100 meters (328 feet), and you've got a recipe for serious wireless potential. If you're ready to take the plunge and give your system a much-needed upgrade, you can't go wrong with a Shure SLX-D wireless setup. You can look up the specs (see link below), but the difference is in the sound…once you hear the difference, you can’t unhear it. I have 2 of these available. They are easily rack mounted, either jointly or individually. Each unit comes with its original box. I used one for a DPA headset mic and the other for electric guitar. Both are in New condition as they have been used for 1 gig only (including 4 rehearsals for that gig). The project is not moving forward, so selling off all gear associated with the project…all of which is new or near new condition.
