This is a passive, closed back speaker cabinet with a Celestion G12 speaker. It's a 16 OHM speaker. From what I see on the internet, an 8 OHM guitar amp can drive a 16 OHM speaker, but check this out if you are not sure. My amp had an output load switch.
A typical use for this speaker would be for a guitar amp or monitor system.
It's built as a tilt cabinet like you would see in a PA monitor system.
There's a mounted stop strip that can be used to hold a guitar amp in place on the tilt cabinet.
The speaker works fine. I'm selling it because I use a different cabinet for my amp.
