Purchased about two years ago from Sweetwater and setup by their professional luthiers.
For a thin body hollow body guitar she has great sound and sustain. Never played out, used only for home studio recording in a temperature/humidity controlled environment.
The frets are bright and shiny with minimal visible wear. The fretboard also shows minimal wear.
I restrung her about a year ago with Thomastik-Infeld .011-.047 flatwound strings and recently switched over to D'Addario NYXL 10/52's, I cannot hear a noticeable difference.
There are no dings or gouges. The only scratches are on the surface due to the guitar not having a pick guard. I've contacted a local luthier to have the scratches buffed out, adding a pick guard would be more cost effective. Also, there is one surface scratch on the back, about 1/2 inch in diameter. The one time that I recorded while standing and yes I was wearing a belt buckle at the time.
The only modification that I did was to swap out the standard strap buttons for Dunlop strap locks.
The guitar comes with PRS's deluxe case along with all of the paperwork.
