Vintage Otto Link Super Tone Master Tenor Saxophone Mouthpiece and Ligature. 5* facing is excellent for anyone transitioning from hard rubber to metal. Free blowing and plays best with a firm 2 1/2 or 3 reed. Instantly creates a full classic jazz sound and excellent if you’re playing lead tenor in a jazz band/big band (I played this throughout college in the One o’clock Band). Has consistent punch with a vintage husky sound that clearly lets you be heard without the shrillness of more contemporary mouthpieces.
