Guitar is in mint condition and perfect working order. If you look at the headstock, you'll notice I haven't even peeled the plastic off of the truss rod cover yet. There's literally not a scratch on it. And the neck plays really nice and is able to handle low action. A $200 Gretsch case is included, and that's important because if you buy this guitar new, it comes with no case or even a gig bag. I purchased this guitar and case from Sweetwater in 2022, and since then its been lightly used at church and in my studio and nowhere else. My studio is climate controlled and always between 45-55% humidity. Only selling because I play almost exclusively on acoustic, and I need funds for a new studio mic purchase. I'm keeping just one electric (my 2001 American Strat) and this Gretsch sounds so good I almost decided to keep it instead. I ended up deciding on the Strat because I've had it for so long and there's centimental value.
