Meyer is one of the world’s finest and best known mouthpieces. These mouthpieces are very easy to blow, control and play in tune. This mouthpiece produces great sound throughout the horn and the smaller chamber facilitates a very clear response in the altissimo register. It's rich and tone quality has made Meyer mouthpieces the preferred choice of a wide range of saxophonists as far back as the 1930's.It was the go-to mouthpiece for many greats such as Richie Cole, Cannonball Adderley, and many others. This particular mouthpiece is still new with very little usage as as I have several others. Meyers in this configuration are rare and hard to find.
