Basically as-new and complete package with all of the items that came with it, all as seen in the photos - the only exception is the Velcro tape I carefully added on the back. I have never even attached/nor moved the select control function knob. It has never left my home studio, in my smoke-free, pet-free home. Letting it go to free up some funds for a wish list item.
