Vintage Soloist Rockman portable guitar amp/effects/headphone unit. Built By SRD -Tom Scholz (guitar player for the rock group Boston) is a headphone amp equipped with Chorus, mono, and stereo selector switch. Clean, edge, & distortion selector. Three volume settings, 2 headphone jacks as well as Aux input which can also be used as a low level out to connect to a system. This proved to be a great option at that time. This has the "Boston" sound thru & thru & is a pretty versatile effect unit on it's own. Has the "Rockadaptor" battery eliminator if your inclined to stay close to 110 power. Headphones are original. That said they seem to have a faulty cord close to the input jack which crackles in and out & foam has seen better days. Everything works & the low level out works great plugged into an amp Or PA. Downside is there are no tone controls. That never bothered myself because the sound coming out of the unit was pretty sweet. Vintage 70s-80s guitar sound.
