This interesting guitar is absolutely wonderful to play… so playability is definitely a 10/ out of 10 ‼️ New D’addario strings installed. The top of the guitar is USA SPRUCE:: can still smell it & it’s wonderful ! Sides, back & neck are a gorgeous tone of mahogany. It is signed by Denny himself…Denny ZAGER & son make these by hand In Nebraska:: all USA MADE & built. Their custom cases are also heavy & include a hygrometer !!! A super nice feature. It sports chrome locking tuners & Fishman Presys electronics. The abalone work around the sound hole is stunning and a simple mother of pearl “Z” is on the fretboard at fret 17. I had all ebony bridge pins installed w/ abalone touches. Ebony bridge pins are better than the average plastic ones:: and w/ out spending a $1,000 for the expensive new metal bridge pins suited my needs.
