For your consideration I am selling my ‘59 Custom Shop Fender Esquire with single bound Aztec gold body. This guitar is something special. I don’t know if there’s any truth to what they say about Esquires being more resonant because there is only one pickup magnet. I can tell you that this guitar is the most resonant solid body guitar I have ever played. It is loud and vibrant when it is unplugged. So much so that you can feel it resonate when you play it. Weighing in just under 6.5 lbs this guitar is very comfortable to play. I upgraded the saddles to Callaham compensated brass saddles, but I will include the originals. The guitar comes with the Certificate of Authenticity and all the original case candy. It was manufactured in 2009. I know I will regret selling this guitar, but it spends far too much time in the case. 9.5” radius shallow C shaped neck with rosewood fingerboard with 6100 frets. Please ask any and all questions.
