Here is an excellent 1957 Les Paul Junior Single Cut Reissue VOS - Vintage Sunburst (2021 Reissue) I purchased this guitar from Sweetwater in September of 2021 and it was manufactured in Nashville in July only 3 months earlier that same year. It is kept in its case when not played and has never been taken out of my smoke free home. I take real good care of my guitars and sometimes they need a new home, so you are getting a really great deal here compared to what they are currently listed for on the Sweetwater site. Gibson did a really nice job in the custom shop applying light vintage original sheen to the look, but did not go overboard on this one at all. It has no manufactured dings or any of that, again just a very slight vintage sheen look as intended. This Junior is waiting for you to put your own gig and road stories to it. The single Gibson Dogear P90 is a true rock n roll tone monster. (Just see or listen to anything by the late great Leslie West of Mountain!) But roll back the dial and it has a sparkly dynamic clean as well that can bring it to Telecaster territory. The hardshell case is also gorgeous and designed to be a true throwback to 1957 as well, except these modern days replicas are built like a tank to protect your instruments investment. Juniors are great and unique guitars, but if you're looking at this listing you've been dreaming about getting one! This is no one trick pony, use the volume & tone knobs and it takes you anywhere for any kind of music you play. The Gibson Les Paul Junior VOS as you well know is currently selling for $3999.00 brand new on Sweetwater so this is a really fantastic deal. I am selling this awesome guitar at this great price because it just doesn't get enough playtime and it needs a new home as guitars need to be played! Weight is 8 Pounds.
