As you read through this issue of Sweet Notes, you'll notice that we typically quote only the manufacturer's suggested list prices for the items mentioned here. You may be aware that market prices are quite volatile and can change dramatically over the course of a matter of weeks or months depending upon supply and demand. And, as with any industry, the more products Sweetwater buys in a given month from a manufacturer, the better price we may be able to negotiate. Occasionally, some manufacturers may even offer a dealer of Sweetwater's size additional discounts during certain special promotions — discounts we pass on to you, the customer.
