How long does a typical AVL installation project take?
It completely depends on the scope of work involved and how many systems will be installed. From discovery process to installation, it can take 4 months or longer. Average project takes about 6 months.
Can existing venues upgrade to the latest AVL technology?
Absolutely! This is a very common scenario for us. A lot of the time, our clients have existing equipment that they want to integrate in with their new systems or they’ll opt for a complete overhaul! Regardless of what you need, we’re here to make it work!
Does your team have certifications for the latest technology?
Yes! Our team is constantly working to hold updated certifications in the Certified Technology Specialist categories along with consistent training and education in the leading software’s and build programs to ensure an accurate and proper solution for your space.
Will the AVL system be user-friendly for all operators?
We do our best in the discovery process to find out what limitations may be present! We work with a lot of organizations that require volunteers to run services, performances, and more. We understand that sometimes there’s a learning curve and will always try to provide systems that will fit best to your needs and environment.
Is training provided for the systems you install?
Yes! A basic turnover training is included and provided at every single installation we do. We want to leave you with confidence in yourself and your systems. You can also ask for additional training and we will add that into the proposal for you at an extra cost.
