step 1: choose whatever patch is your BASE\/ANCHOR patch..
step 2: hit the SETUP key
step 3: hit the EDIT key
when you get to this screen you will be able to see ZONE 1 and all of it’s parameters
step 4: choose the soft buton KEYVEL
step 5 : the first 2 parameters you will see are Low KEy and High Key. Now if you are familiar with what keys are what on your keyboard, you may select the area by dialing up each key with your jog wheel… If you are not familiar with the Key numbers then go to step 6
step 6: hit the left MORE soft button 2X until you see the selection SETRNG..
step 7: hit the soft button SETRNG
at this time, you will get a message that says “Strike low key” – You will strike the lowest key in you split. Then it will ask you to strike the highest key of the split. (in other words the split point between both Zones
Once this is completed you will put back into the “EDITsetupKEY\/VEL” page
step 8: you will hit the left MORE button 3X until you see “NEWZN” (new zone)
step 9: hit the soft button NEWZN and you are now on Zone 2
