[PC Windows] Please do a reinstallation of the eLicenser Control Center in “Overwrite” mode by following these steps:<\/p>\n
Unplug all USB-eLicensers <\/p>\n
[Windows XP]
Go to Windows “Start” menu, select “Run”, enter “cmd” and press [ENTER] -> this opens the command console window. Drag and drop the downloaded eLicenserControlSetup.exe file from your desktop into the command window to add its path to the command prompt.<\/p>\n
[Windows Vista \/ Windows 7]
Click on the Windows logo in the task bar.
Enter “cmd” (without the quotation marks) and right-click the cmd entry in the result list. Choose “Run as administrator” (important!)
Enter the complete path to the eLicenserControlSetup.exe
Now add the overwrite option by typing ” \/o” (without the quotation marks) and notice the space between the path\/filename and the “\/o” option.<\/p>\n
A valid command line should look like this now:
“…\\any path\\eLicenserControlSetup.exe” \/o<\/p>\n
Press [ENTER], this starts the eLCC installation in overwrite mode.
