Enabling it will not have any serious degradation in performance. <\/p>\n<p>To enable the Print Spooler service, click on the blue Vista start button. In the &#8220;start search&#8221; box type:<\/p>\n<p>services<\/p>\n<p>then press ENTER.  With the services box open, scroll to &#8220;print spooler&#8221; and double click it.  Change the startup type to Automatic.
