There is a known issue with Logitech Cameras either that had been installed in the past or current devices on a system. This has been address by AKAI in a registry fix which is available from AKAI directly. Alternatively if you are familiar with Windows registry editor, you can do the following:<\/p>\n

1. If the following key exists, browse to it. [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SYSTEM\\CurrentControlSet\\Control\\Class\\{4D36E96C-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}]<\/p>\n

2. Look for the key “LowerFilters” and right click it, click modify and change the value to – Just a minus sign, nothing else. <\/p>\n

3. Now restart and then try to load the Vyzex software or any other software and it should autodetect.<\/p>\n
