It occurs due to the fact that the machine in use has Terminal Services disabled.  Our software supports Windows XP &#8220;Fast User Switching&#8221; and this uses Terminal Services.<\/p>\n<p>-From the Start menu, choose Control Panel. The Control Panel appears.<br \/>-Double-click the Administrative Tools icon. The Administrative Tools window appears.<br \/>-Double-click the Services icon. The Services window appears.<br \/>-Scroll down until you see Terminal Services.<br \/>-If the Startup type value is Disabled, double-click the value to display the Properties window.<br \/>-If the Startup type value is Manual, skip to step #7.<br \/>-In the Properties window, choose Manual from the Startup type drop-down list.<br \/>-Click OK to close the Properties window.<br \/>-In the Services window, right-click Terminal Services and choose Start from the shortcut menu.<\/p>\n<p>Once Terminal Services are re-enabled, the error on startup should disappear.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","categories":[],"tags":[35970,34239],"storecat":[],"itemids":[2522,18702,30206,32368],"manufacturers":[33736],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v17.9 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<meta name=\"description\" content=\"Check out the &quot;An error occured starting *PROGRAMNAME*.
