This is a problem that affects the Kompakt\/Intakt libraries (ie, Quantum Leap Symphonic Orchestra bundles, etc&#8230;).<\/p>\n<p>Please make sure that your Library is installed and activated properly on your computer by using the NI Service Center application, and make sure to start the stand alone (Kompakt\/Intakt\/Kontakt Player 1) player once after authorization. If that opens up successfully and you can load an instrument in the standalone mode in the respective player (Inatkt\/Kompakt\/Kontakt Player 1), but in KONTAKT 2 or 3 it still does not work, please do the following:<\/p>\n<p>1) Visit http:\/\/support.soundsonline.com\/faq\/index.php?action=artikel&#038;cat=20&#038;id=153&#038;artlang=en<\/p>\n<p>2) Click the download link for the &#8220;Content.plist.zip&#8221; file and save it to your desktop.<\/p>\n<p>3) Unzip the file and place it in MacHD>Users>(home)>Library>Preferences.  If you get a message that the file already exists, Replace it.<\/p>\n<p>4) If Kontakt is running, quit and re-launch Kontakt.
