Rright-click on My Computer > Properties > Advanced (tab)<br \/>      Under Startup and Recovery click Settings > Under System Startup click Edit.<br \/>  2. The Edit window will open a notepad doc.<br \/>  3. The end of the last line will read &#8216;NoExecute=OptOn&#8217;.<br \/>  4. Replace OptOn with alwaysoff.<br \/>  5. Go to the File drop-down menu and save the file.<br \/>  6. Uninstall and reboot your PC. <br \/>  7.
