We have found that  M-audio &#8220;educational&#8221; products need to use the educational driver in order to install and operate correctly. Attempting to install drivers that were downloaded  from M-Audio.com does not seem to work as educational drivers are not available here.  Try using the educational installer that is included on the disk that came with the ozone.
