In some cases you have to force a connection or lock the sample and bit rates of the driver to match the program before it can find the driver. To do this:<br \/>Go to TonePort Control Panel<br \/>Check the &#8220;Force GearBox\/TonePort format&#8221; checkbox<br \/>Set the combo boxes just below it to 44.1\/16.<br \/>Live should now be able to find the driver and connect to the device.<br \/>An additional note here: the full feature set of the UX1 and UX2 under Windows is only available with the ASIO drivers. WDM doesn&#8217;t support the multiple I\/Os and Dual Tone capability.
