Quit all applications<br \/>2. Go to Macintosh HD>Applications>Utilities and open Disk Utility.<br \/>3. Select the Macintosh HD in the list and choose Verify Disk Permissions within the First Aid section.<br \/>4. When Verify Disk Permissions is complete, click Repair Disk permissions.<br \/>5.
