Download this file to your computer and double-click it.<br \/>5  The changes will become active the next time you start the software.<\/p>\n<p>To register offline: <\/p>\n<p> Instead of going to the online authorization page, an html file that links to it will be saved on your desktop. You will have to transfer this file to a computer with internet access and open it from there.
