Restart your computer (or turn it on)<br \/>2. When you see the first boot-up screen (American Megatrends) with your hard drive list, memory, etc., press the DEL button on your keyboard several times. You will have a short opportunity to press this key, so locate it before you get to this screen<br \/>3. You will enter the BIOS SETUP UTILITY<br \/>4. Use the cursor keys to go to Advanced, press ENTER<br \/>5. Cursor down to CPU Configuration, press ENTER<br \/>6. Cursor down to Hyper Threading Technology<br \/>7. Press the + or &#8211; key to change it to Disabled<br \/>8. Press F10 &#8211; you will be asked to Save and Exit.  Press Enter to do so.<br \/>9.
