This is EXTREMELY rare, but has been known to happen.<\/p>\n
1. Check the frequency stickers on both the transmitter and receiver, make sure the displayed frequency is within the range stated on the sticker.<\/p>\n
2. If there is a discrepancy on the receiver (ranges are 650.500 MHz to 680.375 for C band OR 541.500 to 566.375 for D band), continue with these instructions. If not, you simply need to set either the transmitter or receiver to the same frequency.<\/p>\n
3. If the receiver will not select a frequency in the ranger stated on the sticker (and on the transmitter), you have a very rare, but simple problem. The reciver’s internal settings have been reset to factory defaults, and it is in the wrong band.<\/p>\n
4. Power off the receiver.<\/p>\n
5. Hold all 3 buttons (Up, Down, Mode) while powering the unit on.<\/p>\n
6. The display will say Wait, release buttons, then it will say USA-2 (this means D band 655-680MHz). If this is the correct range per the sticker, skip to step 10.<\/p>\n
7. Push both Up & Down buttons at the same time.<\/p>\n
8. The Alert light will come on and USA-2 will flash.<\/p>\n
9. Now push the Down button to choose either USA-0 or USA-1, whichever comes up.<\/p>\n
10. Push and hold the Set button until the display says Stored.<\/p>\n
11. Power the unit off and back on.<\/p>\n
12. Check to see if the frequency range is correct. If not, simply go back to step 4.<\/p>\n
Please note this is extremely rare and does not indicate a problem with your unit, but simply a minor glitch which could occur with any digital equipment, possibly from something as simple as static electricity or a power surge. This procedure will likely never need to be repeated on this unit again.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","categories":[],"tags":[35733],"storecat":[],"itemids":[],"manufacturers":[33200],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\t\n
