What&#8217;s Wrong?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sweetwater has tested this combination, and have duplicated the problem.   While DP3 allows you to choose a specific port of an interface to send Midi Time Code (MTC), it only allows you to choose an interface &#8211; not a specific port &#8211;  to transmit Midi Beat Clock.<\/p>\n<p>Interfaces like the MOTU MTPAV or Midi Express XT can receive beat clock and automatically send it out all midi ports; the MIDI I\/O however cannot do this.<\/p>\n<p>Digital Performer 4  (DP4) solves this by allowing you to choose specific midi ports on the MIDI I\/O to send beat clock out.
