This would indicate the wave driver was not installed correctly.- To remove the Wavedriver or unknown device, click on the device and click remove. Open any folder, click view, folder options, View, Hidden files, show all files and apply. &#8211; Do a find for &#8220;DALWDM&#8221; then delete any items listed. Restart and guide the user throughout the proper installation.
