If you already have an account and want to register your new software to that account, please verify your login before proceeding. Most users will only have one account, but in some cases, you may create another account to distinguish different locations, users, etc.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background\" style=\"background-color:#ffcfd3\"><strong>IMPORTANT!<\/strong> Do not create multiple accounts if you only need one. Instead, try accessing your account using your current login. If necessary, try resetting your password or recovering your account login.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"Sign-in-with-an-Existing-Audinate-Account\" class=\"wp-block-cgb-block-customheader darkBlueHeader alignLeft underline customh3 swheader\">Sign in with an Existing Audinate Account<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Go to the <a href=\"https:\/\/my.audinate.com\/user\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>My Account<\/strong><\/a> page.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Enter your current login and click <strong>Log in<\/strong>.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Verify that your current products are registered to the current account.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"Create-a-New-Audinate-Account\" class=\"wp-block-cgb-block-customheader darkBlueHeader alignLeft underline customh3 swheader\">Create a New Audinate Account<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Go to the <a href=\"https:\/\/my.audinate.com\/user\/register\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Register<\/strong><\/a> page.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Complete the form, then click <strong>Create new account<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Sign in using your new login to verify your account.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-background\" style=\"background-color:#f2f1f0;color:#f2f1f0\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"DVS-Token\" class=\"wp-block-cgb-block-customheader blackHeader alignLeft noUnderline customh2 swheader\">DVS Token<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sweetwater has emailed you the token to activate your software.
