In this guide we will show you how to get up and running with the RealTime Audio portal. Follow the instructions below to get started.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Create An Account<\/strong><\/a><\/li>
  2. Activate Your Subscription<\/a><\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Create An Account<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    The first step in the registration process is to create an account with RealTime Audio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Connect your RealTime Audio audio interface to your computer.
      1. The device is class-compliant so no additional driver software is necessary.<\/li><\/ol><\/li>
      2. Go to the RealTime Audio homepage<\/a> and click Sign Up<\/strong>.<\/li>
      3. Fill out the necessary information, then click Webcam Tool<\/strong>.

        Activate Your subscription<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        Once the account is created and you\u2019ve opened the Webcam Tool, you\u2019ll need to activate your subscription.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. From the Webcam Tool window, name the \u201cRoom\u201d you wish to create, then click Join<\/strong>.<\/li>
        2. When prompted, enable the webcam and audio device from your browser.<\/li>
        3. Click Join WITH RealTime Jamming<\/strong>, select Annual<\/strong>, then click Click here to enter coupon code<\/strong>.<\/li>
        4. Copy and paste the code you received from your Sweetwater Sales Engineer to complete the process.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
