Follow the instructions below to get started.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\"><li><a href=\"#Create-an-iLok-account\"><strong>Create an iLok Account<\/strong><\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#Download-and-install-UA-Connect\"><strong>Download and Install UA Connect<\/strong><\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#Reigster-the-Sphere-Microphone\"><strong>Register the Sphere Microphone<\/strong><\/a><ul><li><strong><a href=\"#Download-install-and-activate-the-sphere-plug-in\">Download, install, and activate the Sphere plug-in<\/a><\/strong><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"Create-an-iLok-account\">Create an iLok account<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Universal Audio Sphere software is licensed with iLok, which means to use it, you will need to connect its iLok license to your computer with an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sweetwater.com\/store\/detail\/iLok3--pace-ilok-3rd-generation\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">iLok USB dongle<\/a>. If you don\u2019t already have an iLok account, you\u2019ll need to create one and install the iLok License Manager app. Follow the steps below to get started. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background\" style=\"background-color:#f3f2f1\">If you already have an account, skip these steps and continue to the <a href=\"#Download-and-install-UA-Connect\"><strong>Download and Install UA Connect<\/strong><\/a> section. Once registered, the microphone and system information are available on your UA account\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uaudio.com\/my\/account\/hardware\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">My Hardware<\/a> page. The software you\u2019ll install will also include the companion plug-in you will use. Follow the steps below to register your Universal Audio device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\"><li>Log into your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uaudio.com\/my\/account\/login\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Universal Audio account<\/a>. If you don\u2019t have one yet, you can <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uaudio.com\/my\/account\/create\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">create it here<\/a>.<\/li><li>Go to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uaudio.com\/downloads\/ua-connect\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">UA Connect<\/a> download page and download the latest version for your OS.<\/li><li>Navigate to your <em>Downloads <\/em>folder, then locate and launch the installer.<\/li><li>When prompted, enter your iLok account information.
