However, if you <strong>register your item on the website within 90 days of purchase<\/strong>, TC Electronic gives you a <strong>3-year warranty<\/strong>. It\u2019s free.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background\" style=\"background-color:#f3f2f1\"><strong>TIP<\/strong>: Everything you purchase from Sweetwater comes with our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sweetwater.com\/about\/warranty\/\">2-year Total Confidence Coverage (TCC) warranty<\/a>. You\u2019ll be prompted to upload your receipt or invoice, and then prompted to enter the product\u2019s serial number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When these are processed, you\u2019ll see a summary of your registration details which have been read from the receipt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Make sure that your correct, preferred email address is listed; this is where Empower Tribe will send a registration confirmation email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If anything is incorrect, you can click <strong>I need to make changes<\/strong>. Follow the prompts to enter the corrected information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When everything is satisfactory, click <strong>Looks correct, register!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You\u2019ll get a message saying \u201cRegistration Complete.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You\u2019ll also be sent a <strong>Product Registration Confirmation email<\/strong> from customersuccess@empowertribe.com. Please retain this as you will need it if you need warranty service and support from Empower Tribe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the chat screen, click <strong>Check my products<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Product Registration Assistant will list your registered products and the warranty status for each one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Get TC Electronic Product Support from Sweetwater<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Remember, if you bought your TC Electronic product from Sweetwater, you can contact us first for warranty evaluation and repair.
