BOSS GX-100 and GX-10 can do so many things, yet it’s easy to find and create the sounds you like most. First, you need to get set up and connect it to the applicable live rig or recording gear. Setups vary from one player to the next, but GX-100\u2019s plethora of connectivity options let you connect however you prefer. Once set up it\u2019s time to dive into the presets and get a taste of all the sounds you can create. Browse each bank and its respective memories to sample each of the included factory presets. While you\u2019re sampling and experimenting with your sounds, add the looper feature to your signal chain and make some music layering various percussive, rhythmic, and melodic patterns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
GX-100 is ready for any live or recording situation. That means you can set it up whichever method works best for your purpose. Connect GX-100 direct to your amp to get started right away. Or, if your amplifier has an effects loop, take advantage of the multitude of mono, stereo, and alternate outputs. The CTL and MIDI outputs are particularly useful when you want to toggle an amplifier\u2019s channel or another pedal\u2019s current settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
