What\u2019s better is that it\u2019s simple to set up and\nconnect. While it shares connections similar to your typical\namplifier, let\u2019s cover the unique settings that set the Harmony\napart from the rest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong><a href=\"#Microphone\">Microphone<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong><a href=\"#Guitar\">Guitar<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong><a href=\"#Master\">Master<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"Microphone\" class=\"wp-block-cgb-block-customheader blackHeader alignLeft underline customh4 swheader\">Microphone<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The\ntop input channel of the Harmony is for microphones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>\nWhen\n\tusing a condenser microphone, connect it <em>before\n\t<\/em>turning\n\ton Phantom Power. Once finished, turn off Phantom Power <em>before\n\t<\/em>disconnecting\n\tthe microphone.\n\t<\/li><li>\nPress\n\tthe <strong>Talk\n\t<\/strong>button\n\tto bypass all effects. This is particularly useful when you don\u2019t\n\twant effects like reverb or echo while talking to a crowd.\n\t<\/li><li>\nThe\n\tAdaptive Tone knob will add compression, de-essing, gate, and EQ to\n\tyour vocals. The more you turn it up, the more prominent the\n\tprocessing will be.\n\t<\/li><li>\nThe\n\tCorrection knob will analyze and adjust pitch chromatically. Like\n\tthe Adaptive Tone knob, it will be more prominent the more you turn\n\tit up.\n\t<\/li><li>\nUse\n\tthe Harmony, Reverb, and Echo knobs to switch through different\n\tpresets for their respective effect.\n<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"Guitar\" class=\"wp-block-cgb-block-customheader blackHeader alignLeft underline customh4 swheader\">Guitar<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The bottom input of the Harmony amp is for guitars and instruments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>\nThe\n\tBodyRez switch will affect the tone of guitars that use <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sweetwater.com\/insync\/piezo\/\">piezo<\/a>\n\tpickups.\n\t<\/li><li>\nTurning\n\tthe Chorus, Reverb, and Echo knobs will switch through different\n\tpresets of their respective effect.\n<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"Master\" class=\"wp-block-cgb-block-customheader blackHeader alignLeft underline customh4 swheader\">Master<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul><li> Use the DI\/FX\/Mix switch to change between unprocessed, fully processed, or mixed signal of the guitar output. The microphone output will not be affected. <\/li><li> Use the Mic\/Left output when connecting a microphone to an external speaker or PA system. Use the Guitar\/Right output when connecting a guitar or other instrument. <\/li><li> The Top Tweeter button will enable the internal tweeter, which is located inside the top of the amp. <\/li><li> When connecting to the 5-pin MIDI jack, <em>only<\/em> use the included footswitch. Third-party footswitches will not function properly. <\/li><li> Use the USB port to connect your Harmony amplifier to a computer for recording.  <\/li><li> If you\u2019re connecting your amp to a Windows PC, you must download and install the USB driver. Look up your product on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tcelectronic.com\/en\/products\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Products page on the TC Electronic website<\/a>. Go to your product page, and click <strong>Downloads<\/strong>. Out of\nthe box, the footswitch controls the looper function and the harmony,\nvocal, and guitar effects. However, you can customize the mapping to\nsuit your personal needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You\ncan control a group of parameters with the footswitch, as well. All\nyou need to do is press and hold the switch of your choice, then turn\nthe knob (or press the button) of the function you wish to assign it\nto. To do so, press the footswitch, then turn each control you\u2019d\nlike to engage and disengage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li> If you assign a footswitch to the Harmony function, it will enable and disable the voicing that is currently selected. <\/li><li> If the Echo effect is assigned to a footswitch, hold down the footswitch and use the Tap Tempo button to adjust the tempo of the echo. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"Footswitchable-controls\" class=\"wp-block-cgb-block-customheader darkBlueHeader alignLeft underline customh3 swheader\"> Footswitchable controls  <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The\nfollowing parameters can be assigned to the footswitch.
