Integrating it within your gaming or podcasting software is easy, so in this guide, we\u2019ll show you how to get up and running. USB hubs, mainly passive ones, cannot provide enough power to transfer data to and from the microphones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When you launch R\u00d8DE Connect for the first time, it will guide you through the audio routing process. This means you\u2019ll have to update your input channels, as well as your computer output settings.&nbsp;<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"Connections\" class=\"wp-block-cgb-block-customheader darkBlueHeader alignLeft underline customh3 swheader\">Connections<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-background\" style=\"background-color:#f2f1f0\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\n<div style=\"height:5px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Connect your NT-USB Mini, then click <strong>Get Started<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Next, click and drag the USB NT-USB Mini to an available channel, then click <strong>Next<\/strong>.<ul><li>If you see a red arrow next to the mic, you\u2019ll get a prompt to perform an update. Follow the on-screen instructions to update the firmware, then click <strong>Done<\/strong>. You can add or remove dynamic effects such as a noise gate or compressor by clicking the input channel\u2019s number for even better sound.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-background\" style=\"background-color:#f2f1f0\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\n<div style=\"height:5px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>With the input fader all the way down, begin talking at normal speaking volume.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Slowly turn it up to a point where the level meter just hits the yellow.
