If you have preset you want to keep, make sure to save and back them up before resetting. If you have presets you want to back up, then you\u2019ll need to do so with the Black Spirit 200 Floor Remote app before resetting. Download the app for iPadOS, iOS, or Android and then back up your presets. Since all preset backups are stored on your mobile device, you\u2019ll need to share them via email or Google Drive to have a true file backup. You can then send the file to your device and open it to restore the backup.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"Download-the-Black-Spirit-200-Remote-Floor-app\" style=\"text-align: left; font-size: 200%; font-weight: bold; color: #143B74;\">Download the Black Spirit 200 Remote Floor app<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Open the <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"App Store (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/apps.apple.com\/us\/app\/black-spirit-200-remote\/id1411337258\" target=\"_blank\">App Store<\/a><\/strong><em> (iPad OS and iOS)<\/em> or <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/play.google.com\/store\/apps\/details?id=com.de.synergetik.BlackSpiritFloorRemote\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Google Play (opens in a new tab)\">Google Play<\/a><\/strong><em> (Android)<\/em>.<\/li><li>Search for <strong>Black Spirit 200 Floor Remote <\/strong>and select it.<\/li><li>Press <strong>Install<\/strong> and wait for the installation to complete.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"Connect-via-Bluetooth\" style=\"text-align: left; font-size: 200%; font-weight: bold; color: #143B74;\">Connect via Bluetooth<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Hold the <strong>Gain<\/strong> button down until the Bluetooth light flashes.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Open the Bluetooth menu on your device select the Black Spirit 200 Floorboard.<\/li><li>Once paired, launch the Black Spirit 200 Floor Remote app. You can now control your floorboard remotely.<ul><li>The app will display <strong>CONNECTING TO AMP PLEASE WAIT\u2026<\/strong> when Bluetooth is powered off or the two are not yet paired.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>From the top right, select either to control the floorboard\u2019s memory or your app\u2019s storage.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"Back-up-presets\" style=\"text-align: left; font-size: 200%; font-weight: bold; color: #143B74;\">Back up presets<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>For Memory Selector <em>(top-right)<\/em>, choose <strong>Amp<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Press Backup <em>(top-left)<\/em>.<\/li><li>Name the backup and then save it.<\/li><li>Once saved, press <strong>Library<\/strong> <em>(top-right)<\/em>.<\/li><li>Select the presets you backed up and then press the share icon <em>(bottom-left)<\/em>. Choose to email the file or upload it with third-party cloud storage.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"Restore-factory-default-settings\" style=\"text-align: left; font-size: 240%; font-weight: bold; color: #333333;\">Restore factory default settings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Resetting your Black Spirit 200 Floorboard Amplifier will clear all user presets and restore the default factory settings. If you have user settings that need to be saved, make sure to <a href=\"#Back-up-your-presets\">back up your presets<\/a> before resetting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"Restore-your-preset-backups\" style=\"text-align: left; font-size: 160%; font-weight: bold; color: #333333;\">Restore your preset backups<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>To restore preset backups to your floorboard, email\/send the backup file to your mobile device or tablet and open it. The remote control app will automatically launch and load the backup file into the library.
