In order to redeem the Vir2 code, you first need to create an account with Big Fish Audio. Follow these steps to redeem the activation code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Log in to your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bigfishaudio.com\/account.html\">Big Fish Audio accoun<\/a>t. The sample libraries contain a lot of files, so download times will vary depending on your internet connection. We recommend downloading one file at a time. Follow these steps to download and install the library files.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>In your account page, download the<strong> <\/strong>library .<strong>rar <\/strong>files, and then move all of the folders to the desired library location.<\/li><li>Once all of the <strong>.rar <\/strong>files are downloaded and moved, extract <strong>ONLY <\/strong>the first <strong>.rar <\/strong>file.<ul><li><strong>PC users: <\/strong>You will need to install software such as <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.7-zip.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">7-Zip<\/a><\/strong> to extract the .<strong>rar <\/strong>file.<\/li><li><strong>Mac users:<\/strong> You will need to install software such as <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/theunarchiver.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">Unarchiver<\/a> <\/strong>to extract the <strong>.rar<\/strong> files.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"Install-Native-Access-and-Kontakt-Player\" class=\"wp-block-cgb-block-customheader blackHeader alignLeft noUnderline customh2 swheader\">Install Native Access and Kontakt Player<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All Vir2 libraries require the use of Native Instruments Kontakt Player; a sample-based virtual instrument player. In order to get Kontakt 6, you\u2019ll need to create a Native Instruments account and download the Native Access app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Visit the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.native-instruments.com\/en\/specials\/native-access\/\" target=\"_blank\">Native Access<\/a> page and download the app for your operating system.<\/li><li>Open your Downloads folder and launch the installer<ul><li><strong>PC<\/strong>: Right-click the Native Access Installer .<strong>zip<\/strong> file, select <strong>Extract all\u2026<\/strong>, and then click <strong>Extract<\/strong>. Double-click the new Native Access Setup PC .<strong>exe<\/strong> file and follow the on-screen instructions.<\/li><li><strong>Mac<\/strong>: Double-click the Native Access Installer .<strong>dmg<\/strong> file to decompress it. In the window that appears, drag the Native Access app to the <strong>Applications<\/strong> folder.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Launch the Native Access app log in to your Native Instruments account. If you don\u2019t have an account, create one and open the confirmation email sent from Native Instruments.<\/li><li>Click the Kontakt 6 Player\u2019s INSTALL button. It is five sets of five digits (<em>12345-12345-12345-12345<\/em>). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once a sound library is installed, it must be activated and linked to Kontakt within Native Access. All you need to do is enter the<em> Serial Number<\/em> provided by Sample Logic and then select the folder you installed the library.
