If you already have an iLok User ID for registering your new software, please verify the login and sign in before proceeding. If this is your first iLok licensed software, then create a new iLok User ID to deposit your licenses instead. In some cases, users may wish to create another account to register their software to distinguish between multiple studios, computers, accounts, etc.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background\" style=\"background-color:#ffcfd3\"><strong>IMPORTANT!<\/strong> iLok User IDs are case-sensitive. To reset your password or recover your account, go to the <a href=\"https:\/\/ilok.com\/#!recover\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">iLok Account Recovery<\/a> page.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background\" style=\"background-color:#ffcfd3\"><strong>IMPORTANT!<\/strong> Do not create multiple iLok User IDs if you only need one. Instead, try accessing the account using your current login. If necessary, then try resetting your password or recovering your account.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"Download-and-install-iLok-License-Manager\" class=\"wp-block-cgb-block-customheader darkBlueHeader alignLeft underline customh3 swheader\">Download and install iLok License Manager<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Go to iLok\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/ilok.com\/#!license-manager\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>iLok License Manager<\/strong><\/a><strong> <\/strong>page and click the download button that is compatible with your computer.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li><li>Open your <strong>Downloads <\/strong>folder and run the installer:\u00a0<ul><li><strong>PC:<\/strong> Right-click the .zip file, select \u201c<strong>Extract all\u2026<\/strong>,\u201d then click \u201c<strong>Extract.<\/strong>\u201d Double-click the new .exe file and follow the on-screen instructions.\u00a0<\/li><li><strong>Mac:<\/strong> Double-click the .zip file to unpack it. Redemption Code &amp; iLok License<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sweetwater has emailed you the Redemption Code to activate your software. Open the email, find the Redemption Code, and follow the steps below to redeem it. The software license is deposited to the iLok User ID you input while entering the Redemption Code.
