That means to use it; you will need to connect its iLok license to your computer either on your hard drive or an&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sweetwater.com\/store\/detail\/iLok3--pace-ilok-3rd-generation\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">iLok USB dongle.<\/a> If you don\u2019t already have an iLok account, you\u2019ll need to create one and install the iLok License Manager app. Follow the steps below to get started. If you already have an account, pass these steps and continue to&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sweetwater.com\/sweetcare\/articles\/zynaptiq-software-activation-instructions\/#registeranddownloadtheplugin\">Register your plug-in<\/a>. Follow these steps to get it registered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Go to the Zynaptiq&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zynaptiq.com\/support\/registration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">registration page<\/a>&nbsp;and fill out the registration form.<\/li><li>Check your e-mail for a message from Zynaptiq. The e-mail will include download links, as well as the&nbsp;<em>Activation Code<\/em>. <ul><li>If you didn\u2019t receive the e-mail, be sure to check your spam folder.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Download the installer. Once complete, navigate to your Downloads folder then run the installer file.<ul><li><strong>PC<\/strong>: Right-click the .<strong>zip<\/strong>&nbsp;file, select&nbsp;<strong>Extract all\u2026<\/strong>, and then click&nbsp;<strong>Extract<\/strong>. Double-click the new .<strong>exe<\/strong>&nbsp;file and follow the on-screen instructions.<\/li><li><strong>Mac<\/strong>: Double-click the .<strong>dmg<\/strong>&nbsp;file. You will need to enter the Activation Code within iLok License Manager, then transfer it to your computer either on your hard drive or an iLok USB stick. Follow these steps to complete the activation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Open<strong>&nbsp;iLok License Manager<\/strong>&nbsp;and sign in to your account.<\/li><li>Navigate to the&nbsp;<strong>..I<\/strong>&nbsp;button next to the search bar, then select&nbsp;<strong>Redeem Activation Code<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Enter the<em>&nbsp;Activation Code<\/em>&nbsp;you received in the e-mail from Zynaptiq.
