That\u2019s why, in this article, we will walk you through every step between purchasing Positive Grid software and launching it for the first time.   1. Enter the Redeem Code<\/a><\/strong><\/li>
  2. Download and Install BIAS Software<\/a><\/strong><\/li>
  3. Launch and Activate<\/a><\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Enter the Redeem Code<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    You first need to register the Redeem Code with Positive Grid. Once done you\u2019ll have access to all the downloads included with your software. If you already have an account with Positive Grid, make sure to log in to that same account when registering. Follow the steps below to register your Redeem Code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Visit Positive Grid<\/a> and and click the person icon found in the top right corner. Click Log in<\/strong> to log in or create a new account.<\/li>
    2. Open the Software Activation Instructions<\/strong> email sent from your Sweetwater Sales Engineer and find the Redeem Code<\/strong>.<\/li>
    3. Enter the Redeem Code<\/strong> at Positive Grid\u2019s redemption page<\/a>.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Redeeming a Positive Grid Redeem Code<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Download and Install BIAS Software<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Now that your software is registered it can be downloaded and then installed. Follow the steps below to download and install your Positive Grid software for Windows or Mac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Visit Positive Grid’s download page, and click the download button for your product. In the prompt that appears, select the download for your OS.<\/li>
      2. Navigate to your Downloads <\/em>folder, locate and launch the product installer and follow the on-screen installation instructions.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Activate with ToneCloud<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        Once installed, all that\u2019s left to do is launch the software and login to the ToneCloud using your Positive Grid account. Follow the steps below to complete the activation process and start enjoying your new Positive Grid software!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Launch the plug-in or standalone software.<\/li>
        2. Click the Gear <\/strong>or Settings <\/strong>icon (top right of the window) and select Login to ToneCloud<\/strong>.<\/li>
