Line 6\u2019s G10 and G30 are perfect if you\u2019re looking to cut the cord with your guitar. The G10 and G30 are fast to set up and easy to use. Our SweetCare team wants to make sure you have everything you need to get the most out of your new gear.     Register and update<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Getting the G10 and G30 up and running is pretty straightforward: charge it up and plug it in. That’s pretty much it! Before you do that, though, you’ll first need to register your product<\/strong><\/a> with Line 6 and update both your receiver and your transmitter.<\/strong>

    1. Log into your Line 6 account<\/a>. If you don’t have one yet, you can create it here<\/a>.<\/li>
    2. Click Registered Gear <\/strong>on the left column, fill out the information, then click Register Gear<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      How to update G10 and G30 firmware<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      IMPORTANT<\/strong>: Do not disconnect or power off your device while it’s going through the update process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Go to the Line 6 support download page<\/a>, use the first dropdown box and select your Relay (G10, G30)<\/em>, use the third dropdown box to choose your OS, then click GO<\/strong>.
        • You must download both the Receiver<\/strong> and Transmitter<\/strong> files.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
        • Navigate to your Downloads <\/em>folder, launch the installer file, then follow the on-screen instructions.<\/li>
        • Connect the transmitter to the receiver and then connect the receiver to your computer using a micro-USB cable. We recommend you connect it directly to your computer, and not a hub.<\/li>
        • Open the Updater app that you just installed, then sign into your Line 6 account. <\/li>
        • Select your device’s receiver<\/em><\/strong>, click Update<\/strong>, then follow the on-screen instructions. <\/li>
        • Once the receiver firmware is updated, disconnect and reconnect the USB cable, then click Continue<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
