At the top of the page, click the <strong>Download for PC<\/strong> or <strong>Download for Mac<\/strong> button to start the iZotope Product Portal download.<\/li><li>Open your <strong>Downloads<\/strong> folder and launch the iZotope Product Portal installer file:&nbsp;<ul><li><strong>PC:<\/strong> Double-click the <em>iZotope_Product_Portal<\/em> <strong>.exe<\/strong> file and follow the on-screen instructions.<\/li><li><strong>Mac:<\/strong> Double-click the&nbsp; <em>iZotope_Product_Portal<\/em> <strong>.dmg<\/strong> file. In the new window, double-click the <em>iZotope_Product_Portal<\/em> <strong>.pkg<\/strong> file and follow the on-screen instructions.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Once installed, launch the iZotope Product Portal and create an account or sign in to your current one.<\/li><li>If you want to license your software with iLok, continue to <a href=\"#Sync-iLok-account\">Sync iLok account<\/a>. Otherwise, continue to <a href=\"#Register-iZotope-Serial-Number\">Register iZotope Serial Number<\/a>.<\/li><\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-background\" style=\"background:linear-gradient(135deg,rgb(255,255,255) 0%,rgb(242,241,240) 100%)\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\n<h3 id=\"Sync-iLok-Account-optional\" class=\"wp-block-cgb-block-customheader darkBlueHeader alignLeft underline customh3 swheader\">Sync iLok Account (optional)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have an iLok account and prefer to license your software via iLok License Manager, you will first need to synchronize the iLok account to your iZotope account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>In the settings menu of the iZotope Product Portal, click <strong>iLok ID<\/strong> and enter your iLok User ID and Password. Open the Software Activation Instructions email from your Sweetwater Sales Engineer and copy the Serial Number into iZotope Product Portal&#8217;s Add Serial prompt <em>(top right)<\/em>. Once registered, the software and any add-on content like sound libraries <em>(requires installation) <\/em>will show up in the portal.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-background\" style=\"background:linear-gradient(135deg,rgb(255,255,255) 0%,rgb(242,241,240) 100%)\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\n<h3 id=\"Register-iZotope-Serial-Number\" class=\"wp-block-cgb-block-customheader darkBlueHeader alignLeft underline customh3 swheader\">Register iZotope Serial Number<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Launch iZotope Product Portal and sign in.<\/li><li>Open the Software Activation Instructions email from your Sweetwater Sales Engineer and find your serial number <em>(e.g. SN-IZOTOPE-BASS-DRUM-GTAR-KEYS)<\/em>.<\/li><li>In the iZotope Product Portal, click the + button <em>(top right)<\/em> to submit your Serial Number. Clicking Install will prompt you to select either Quick or Custom installation. <strong>Quick<\/strong> will automatically download and install the product while <strong>Custom<\/strong> only downloads it, prompting you to complete the manual installation process. Custom installation is often preferred for installing plug-ins or add-ons to a folder other than their default directory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will be prompted to authorize your software after installing it. That means licensing it with the iZotope Product Portal or iLok License Manager. If you want to place your license on an iLok USB dongle, make sure to connect it before authorizing the product. You can always transfer the license from the iLok License Manager app once licensed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background\" style=\"background-color:#ffcfd3\"><strong>IMPORTANT!<\/strong> The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.izotope.com\/en\/products\/audiolens.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">iZotope Audiolens app<\/a>, which is included in several iZotope products, has a special installation procedure required for use on a Mac with Apple silicon. It involves booting into Recovery mode and making a change to your Mac&#8217;s security policy.
