Now, click <strong>Identify<\/strong>, select the MTi2 and check the box for <em>Make This My Main Display<\/em>.<\/li><li>Right-click on the Taskbar at the bottom of your screen and choose properties. Now, put a check in the box next to <em>Auto-Hide the Taskbar<\/em> and click <strong>Apply<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Navigate back to the <strong>Display Settings<\/strong> menu and click <strong>Make text and other items larger or smaller<\/strong> underneath the large <em>Display<\/em> menu.<\/li><li>Now, click <strong>Set A Custom Scaling Level<\/strong>. Here you\u2019ll need to confirm the display scaling is set to, <em>100%<\/em> Click <strong>Ok<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Next, install Raven software and Touch driver.<\/li><li>Click the system tray and select <strong>Configure<\/strong> from the UPDD Console and follow the on-screen instructions.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:5px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:5px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\"><a href=\"#Getting-started\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"button flat s blue\">Return to top<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"Cubase-setup\" class=\"wp-block-cgb-block-customheader blackHeader alignLeft noUnderline customh2 swheader\">Cubase setup<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-background\" style=\"background-color:#f2f1f0\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\n<div style=\"height:5px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Open Cubase and go to Device Setup. Now add V-control pro, set the Bank to 24 tracks, and click OK.<\/li><li>Launch V-control from the system tray, select <em>SETUPS<\/em>, and double-check that Steinberg and Raven are highlighted. This will ensure communication is between Raven and Cubase.<\/li><li>Navigate to\u00a0user\/name\/appdata\/roaming\/Steinberg\/Cubase 8_64\/Presets\/Key Commands and drop the key commands from the templates at the <a href=\"#Getting-started\">beginning of the article<\/a> into the <em>Key Commands<\/em> folder. Then select them from within Cubase.<ul><li> If you don&#8217;t have the key commands folder in the Presets, press the &#8220;save&#8221; icon in the key commands window and save a basic key command file. This will automatically create the Presets\/Key Commands folder.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Navigate to\u00a0user\/name\/appdata\/roaming\/Steinberg\/Cubase 8_64\/Presets and replace the Window Layout XML with the attached Window Layout XML. This will ensure the Sizing of the Windows is correct.<\/li><li>The Project\/Mix button toggles between\u00a0Workspace 1 and 2. So depending on your displays you may need to update these so that the windows will open in the correct spot and you can utilize\u00a0all displays.<\/li><li>In order for the internal mixer to sync correctly, the Steinberg colors need to be set to default. Go to <strong>Device<\/strong> and then <strong>Device Setup<\/strong>. Now, select <strong>MixConsole Racks <\/strong>from the list on the left and click the <em>Defaults<\/em> button at the bottom followed by <strong>Apply<\/strong>.<\/li><li>From within the <em>Device Setup<\/em> window, select <em>Project &amp; MixConsole<\/em> and uncheck <strong>Sync Selection in Project Window<\/strong> so the MTi2&#8217;s Internal Mixer will not bank around when tracks are selected in the Project Window.<\/li><li>Hide Stereo In\/Out Tracks in the MixConsole.<\/li><li>Open the Raven application and select Cubase from the drop menu. If all is connected correctly, the STOP button will be pushed down.
