Turn off the Apollo Twin and computer.<\/p>\n<p>2. Disconnect everything except the power cable (this includes disconnecting the Thunderbolt cable) from the Apollo Twin, making sure to power off any speakers or headphones before disconnecting them.<\/p>\n<p>3. While the Apollo Twin is powered off press the following buttons &#8211; the Polarity (\u00d8) button, the Low Cut Filter Button, and the large center Level Knob (see picture below for reference)<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sweetwater.com\/sweetcare\/media\/2016\/04\/Apollo-Hardware-Reset.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1727082 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sweetwater.com\/sweetcare\/media\/2016\/04\/Apollo-Hardware-Reset-300x285.png\" alt=\"Apollo Hardware Reset\" width=\"300\" height=\"285\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.sweetwater.com\/sweetcare\/media\/2016\/04\/Apollo-Hardware-Reset-300x285.png 300w, https:\/\/www.sweetwater.com\/sweetcare\/media\/2016\/04\/Apollo-Hardware-Reset.png 759w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>4. With all three buttons held down, turn the Apollo Twin on. Keep holding all three buttons down until the LED on the Apollo Twin stop flashing. This will take about 10 seconds.<\/p>\n<p>5.
