To allow the PA2 Driver to be installed on Windows 8, driver signature enforcement must be disabled. Follow the instructions to disable driver signature enforcement.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

  1. While logged onto a Windows 8 computers press, Win + C<\/strong> to bring up the Charms Bar, and then navigate to Settings>Change PC Settings>Update & Recovery>Recovery<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. While in the Recovery windows, select the Advanced Startup<\/strong> and click the \u2018Restart Now<\/strong>\u2019 option. Windows will proceed to restart into an Advanced Options prompt.<\/li>\n
  3. While in the \u2018Choose an option,\u2019 window click on Troubleshoot<\/strong> and then Advanced options<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  4. In the Advanced options window, select Startup Settings<\/strong> and then click Restart<\/strong>. Windows will proceed to restart into a Startup Settings window.<\/li>\n
  5. In the Startup Settings, window press the F7<\/strong> Key on your keyboard.\u00a0 Windows will proceed to boot up to the log in screen.<\/li>\n
  6. Connect the PA2 to the computer through USB.<\/li>\n
  7. Run the PA2 Firmware Updater installer found here<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  8. During the installation, a Driver installation window will appear. Follow the installation normally until prompted by a Windows Security window.<\/li>\n
  9. Click the \u201cInstall this driver software anyway<\/strong>\u201d option and proceed with normal installation.<\/li>\n
