Please follow the instructions below to get your AMPLIFi FX100 working with your Android device. Please make sure your AMPLIFi FX100 is not paired with your Android device before proceeding.<\/p>\n

Note:\u00a0the AMPLIFi Utility app is for PC only. Firmware updates can also be applied from the AMPLIFi Remote app. However, in order for the FX100 to work with AMPLIFi Remote for Android, the firmware must be updated first (this can be done from the Utility App on a PC per below, or from the Remote app from an iOS device).<\/em><\/p>\n

  1. Go to www.line6.com\/software<\/a> and select your AMPLIFi device from the drop down menu.<\/li>\n
  2. Click Get Download for the AMPLIFi Utility if you do not already have it.<\/li>\n
  3. Install the AMPLIFi Utility as you would any other application.<\/li>\n
  4. Connect your AMPLIFi device to your PC via USB.<\/li>\n
  5. Put your AMPLIFi FX100 into update mode by holding the A and C buttons while powering on. Launch the AMPLIFi Utility application and update the firmware on your AMPLIFi device. You can do this by finding the latest update from the list and clicking the Update button.<\/li>\n
  6. Once the update is finished, you will need to perform a factory reset<\/a> and a pedal calibration<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  7. Next, download the AMPLIFi Remote app for your Android device.<\/li>\n
  8. You may now pair your updated AMPLIFi with your Android device via Bluetooth. Press the Bluetooth button on your AMPLIFi and it will appear in your devices list on your Android device. Tap it once and confirm that you want to pair the device.<\/li>\n
  9.
