If the fluid sensor falsely detects an empty fluid tank and the tank does contain fluid, then there may be an air bubble in the fluid line.
\nTo clear air bubbles out of the fluid line, do the following:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Fill the tank with the correct fluid.<\/li>\n
  2. Let the unit reach normal operating temperature. When the machine has reached its normal operating temperature, a blue indicator will light.<\/li>\n
  3. Set the fog\/haze output to the highest level.<\/li>\n
  4. If the blue indicator light flashes, the unit is falsely detecting an empty tank.<\/li>\n
  5. Power cycle the unit 1 or 2 times until the fluid reaches the sensor. The blue tank indicator light stops flashing.<\/li>\n
  6. Operate the machine as normal.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Note: If an air bubble remains in the fluid line, tilt the machine at a 45\u00b0 angle while pumping fluid to help remove the air bubble and thus eliminate a false sensor reading. To avoid spilling fluid, set the fluid tank in an upright position outside the machine prior to tilting the machine.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","categories":[1],"tags":[55454,76217,76218,76219,76215,76216,66725],"storecat":[],"itemids":[65479],"manufacturers":[37220,65766],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\t\n
