To fix this issue, try the following troubleshooting steps from Avid:<\/p>\n

  1. Quit Pro Tools.<\/li>\n
  2. Shut down your computer completely.<\/li>\n
  3. Turn off the HD OMNI, leave it off or 5 seconds, then turn it back on.<\/li>\n
  4. Reset the HD OMNI from the front panel via the following steps:\n

    1. Enter SETUP mode by pressing SETUP on the front panel.<\/li>\n
    2. Turn the MONITOR encoder until the display shows RESET.<\/li>\n
    3. Press the MONITOR encoder button to select RESET.<\/li>\n
    4. Press the MONITOR encoder button again to confirm RESET.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    5. Turn off the HD OMNI, leave it off for 5 seconds, then turn it back on.<\/li>\n
    6. Power on your computer.<\/li>\n
