If so, this could be your issue.<\/p>\n<p>Per MOTU, there have been reports of issues with the MIDI Express units when using them with USB 3. Since the MIDI Express units are USB 2 devices, they do not always play nicely with USB 3 which can result in issues like stuck notes. Try using a USB 2.o powered hub.
